Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the AI Cleaner Kit Free Up Storage iOS application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is licensed, not sold, to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These Terms supplement the EULA; where they conflict, the EULA applies.
1. The service
The App helps you identify and remove duplicate or similar photos, large videos, screenshots, Live Photos and duplicate or incomplete contacts on your device. Suggestions are generated automatically and may not always match your preferences.
2. Your responsibility for deletions
You decide what is deleted. Nothing is removed until you confirm on the confirmation screen. Please review selections carefully before confirming. Deleted photos and videos go to the Photos app's Recently Deleted album for up to 30 days; merged or deleted contacts may not be recoverable. We recommend keeping a backup (for example iCloud Photos or a computer backup) of anything important. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for content you choose to delete.
3. Subscriptions
- Some features require a paid auto-renewing subscription. Available plans, durations and prices are shown in the App before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the App, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
5. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Storage figures shown in the App are estimates; the actual space freed depends on iOS, iCloud settings and the Recently Deleted album.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
